If you feel broken, sad, lost, depressed, talk! Don’t just sit there and wait, do something. Tell someone about your problems, don’t be scared to ask for help. People won’t judge you. Talk to an adult, your parent or a teacher maybe. Or a psychologist. They will help you, I promise. Just, don’t be alone and wait. When you’re scared that maybe you will cause stress to your family, think about the stress you’re cause when you kill yourself. Or that people will judge you. They might do it, but you shouldn’t care, okay? This is your life and your problems. They have no right to judge. You’ve been through a lot. So please, I’m asking this as a friend, go get some help. You will feel so much better after that. You are worth help, you are worth recovery. It’s always better to talk about your problems than keeping them inside.
